12:45 to 13:45 : “Biodynamiske preparater” by Eric Brinkhof from Ramme Gård
14:00 to 15:00 : ”Influence of bio-dynamic viticulture on soil, vines and wines ” by Olivier Humbrecht MW, wine grower in Alsace.
15:15 to 16:15 – “Biodynamisk, miljø, smak” by Johan Ununger from Saltå Kvarn (open to public)
