On Wednesday, March 14th we will be hosting another SIREN function.

This month we will be discussing creative ways to invest in real estate. Over the last couple of meetings it has become quite clear that a number of our SIREN members are still unsure how to get started or how to get to that next level of investing. They see the value of properties continuing to go upwards as the demand for housing has never been stronger. The situation we are experiencing is a perfect storm if you are an investor - lots of jobs and a lack of housing. So the scenario is set. Now what do we do?

If you feel you don't have all the knowledge you would like to get the ball rolling; or you have run out of money to invest; or maybe you don't understand what strategy to use when you see an opportunity then be sure to come to next week's meeting. asOne Investments Managing Partners Jason Diewold and Tim Artemenko will be speaking about what they have learned from their real life experiences that will help you solve some of your problems and overcome your fears. The intent of the session is to be very interactive. Come with your questions that you need answers to because the more you participate the more you will get out of it.

As always, after the discussion there will be some time to talk to other members to see what exciting things they are up to.

The location and time of the meeting is as follows:
asOne Investments office (Rock Bridge Realty Building - 2300 Dewdney Avenue, Regina)
Doors open at 6:30 pm and the discussion begins at 7:00 pm sharp, so don't be late!
Networking and socializing will follow until 9:00 pm.

SIREN – Saskatchewan Investors Real Estate Network
SIREN is a group of like-minded people who have an interest in real estate investing. SIREN has been in existence since 2008 and meets every second Wednesday of the month. The membership, which is currently over 250 people, is made up of a wide range of investors, some who have no properties in their portfolio to those who have a number of years of experience and numerous properties in their personal or corporate name.

At every monthly meeting a special guest is invited to present on a topic of interest to the members. After the brief presentation the remainder of the evening is open for networking with other members and various contractors who are in attendance.

SIREN events are coordinated by Jason & Marie Diewold, Tim Artemenko and Yvonne Slobodian from asOne Investments Ltd.
