On Friday March 30th, Face welcomes Pat Mahoney & Nancy Whang to Public Works for the very first time.
We're psyched to have them come to SF as their former band LCD Soundsystem was a FACE favorite.
Nancy played keyboards, synths and backing vocals in LCD, Pat was the monster Animal style drummer for the band.
Both have amazing careers outside of LCD: Nancy plays in The Juan Maclean and has done backing vocals for fellow DFA act Holy Ghost!
as well as performed vocals on the legendary Soulwax hits E Talking & NY Excuse. Pat has an upcoming side project with members of Hot Chip
titled New Build and also DJ's with James Murphy under the moniker Special Disco Version. The last FACE party @ Public Works was an epic nightwith DJ Harvey and Mike Simonetti and this one promises to be equally stunning.
