Our next meetup is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28th at 6:45pm at the AOL Ventures space at 770 Broadway (entrance on 9th street).

Daily Deals are an important part of the location based apps ecosystem, and a critical monetization opportunity for many apps. But with hundreds of different Daily Deal providers out there, how can app developers and entrepreneurs efficiently integrate relevant deals into their apps? And what services are available to get data about places and deals? To answer that question, we have a panel of three awesome companies who aggregate Daily Deals and make that data available via an API: Yipit, Sqoot, and BiteHunter. This should be a super interesting discussion, and we'll make sure to spend a lot of time on q+a so that we can really dig into the differences of these three great APIs ... so be sure to bring your questions with you!
