Dear Friends,
With the upcoming Spring Equinox there is a huge shift of consciousness, on the personal level as well as the collective level,

you may feel the new energy in your physical body, but the old energy is still holding you back; your Spirit wants to manifest the higher energy of love and happiness, while your ego hold on to the duality principles, which is so well known,

so in this meditation we ask the Ascended Master Saint Germain with the violet flame to "burn" away the old and assist in adjusting the physical body to the new energy of Earth, Angels of The Violet Fire will join in as well ..as will of course also your own Angels and Spiritual Guides of Light,

in this transition time you may feel a lot of stress in your physical body, you may feel a shift of eating patterns, sleeping patterns, a fluctuant feeling of pain in various parts of your physical body, confusion as well as some kind of turmoil in your emotional body; so much to release and let go of,

know that this is signs of transition and too shall pass,

At the time for the event (free), which is always your local time, you may prepare like this;

Sit comfortable, relax, close your eyes,
say out loud this, which will center you in your Heart,
"I ask my soul to contact my Gods Spark in 12th dimension and go 12 chakra down into Earth";
this will give you center in your heart chakra grounding into Earth as well as an opening to your higher Cosmic being of Light,

Then you may say out loud;
"I now ask The Violet Flame to purify All of me, and center me in my Higher Self; I am ME....."

Now you are connected with the energy, sit for ½ an hour or longer, like you prefer; messages can come in many different forms, like thoughts, images, feelings, inspiration,

so dont be preoccupied with expecting a certain kind of message, for we are all different, and work differently in our spiritual work,


messages may come at once, in your dreams, later on, eg. you may see an article here on FB or in a magazine, which gives you insight, so that is the message,

let go of any control with the outcome, flow with the energy..the energy will be strong for 24 hours,
