What is an Ignite Texas Party?
Essentially, we think by strengthening the connective tissue that holds us together as students as an aggregate community within the social constructs of our university we can enhance every student's college experience. Strengthening the bond of trust between the student leaders from various communities around the 40 acres can allow our student body to shift gears and accelerate toward progress and prosperity. At the party we will take 10 minutes to share network diagrams of the 40 acres we have created. Highlighting areas that could benefit greatly with cross-community collaboration.
This movement goes by many names, because many student leaders are working towards the same end, but Saleem and I call it Project Ignition. Hence, we are hosting our Ignite Texas Party at Old School Bar and Grill on 6th and Trinity (Balcony Floor). Please join.
