Room rates are net, non-commissionable and are exclusive of applicable taxes which presently total 15%. Room rates are available three days before and after the dates of the event for those that may wish to arrive early or stay over after the conference.

1. The fees will be $60.00 for single/ $120.00 for couples this is for your Friday and Saturday Night Entertainment, money will be due no later than May 1, 2012.

2. You will be responsible for booking your own room. When booking your hotel room makes sure you mention Ruby’s Club, please book your room no later than June 1, 2012.

3. I also will need information on who is going to participant in the Fashion/Talent show (5-outfits limit, sleepwear, evening wear, casual wear, swim wear, Sunday Best wear) please let us have at least 10- Ruby’s to participant in the Fashion/Talent Show.

4. I will need information on whether or not you will like a T-shirt please specify size and how many (for example: 1- Large-). I will need this information A.S.A.P. in order to know how much the t-shirt will cost. The money will be due no later than May 31, 2012.

Each guest will be asked for a credit card at the time of check-in, to establish credit for any incidental charges incurred during their stay. If a guest does not utilize a credit card, then a $50.00 cash deposit will be required at check-in for this purpose.
This will be refunded at check-out time if not utilized.
