Zumba is a cardio-vascular workout routine performed to Latin rythyms in health clubs throughout the World.

Pre-requisites to Zumba wear comfortable workout attire and footwear. But most importantly just bring yourself and a whole bunch of energy. and get ready to move your body to Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggeaton, Mamabo Cha-Cha, Hip-Hop and even Belly Dancing. The 2 hour dance party is sure to leave you smiling, thirsty, and hungry.
( Water and energy bars will be provided.)

Zumba is for everybody, this event is for the enitre family - all ages are welcome. Bring your friends, boyfirends, husbands, co-workers, neighbors and help us raise money to continue funding the research to find a cure for blood cancers (leukemia & Lymphoma ) a great cause. 100% of the proceeds go to LLS
