Phase 1: How to read a research? (Critical Appraising)

Critical Appraising is the art of evaluating a research paper to ensure it's validity and accuracy

Through the seminar, you'll be introduced to:
1- Basics of Research
2- Critical Appraisal
3- Research ethics

Director of the Clinical Epidemiology Unit, Suez Canal University, Egypt
WHO and UNICEF consultant for child health and injury control.
''Vice-President of Injury Prevention Initiative for Africa (IPIFA).
Former Chairman the Pediatrics and Family Medicine Departments, and Director Clinical Epidemiology Unit, Suez Canal University, Egypt.

He has conducted and participated in more than 20 projects, and published more than 50 scientific papers in peer reviewed medical journals dealing with the child health, injuries and epidemiology. He also participated in publishing 7 books and world reports that dealt with child health and injury epidemiology and control. ''

(Phase 2: Get a 2-day intensive research methodology workshop under the supervision of the Clinical Epidemiology department. Usually given to postgraduates, NOW the workshop will be given to Undergraduates)
