The transportation development district (TDD) proposed by the city will fund construction and ongoing operations for the downtown streetcar. The petition to form the district has been filed in Circuit Court and now a judge must decide if that petition is legal. Once he decides, downtown residents will vote on formation and funding levels inside the district.
