~WHAT WE ARE~

Occupy.com is a new media platform created to amplify the voices of #Occupy and other movements around the world. We use media as a call for social, economic, environmental & political justice. we seek to inspire resistance, engagement & the creation of the new world we imagine.

Occupy.com is independent and not-for-profit. We consist of a small but growing group of dedicated occupiers working in solidarity with the movement. In other words, we are an affinity group. There is no GA or Spokes Council that oversees us, but we are morally accountable to the movement as a whole.

~JOIN US~
We invite creators of every kind to share their work on this platform: journalists, musicians, painters, filmmakers, poets, game developers, cartoonists, podcasters -- every type, genre, form and style. At first, we will be curating the content ourselves. In a few months, when the infrastructure is ready, nearly all the content will live on the site and all the users will curate.
