We are excited to be producing a fresh, new, red-carpet fashion event called DEFINING DIVA – Hosted by E! Network’s Celebrity Fashion Stylist, Marcellas Reynolds. The event will include a runway fashion show as well as a Passion Show - showcasing strong, executive women making a difference in the world.

Jacqueline Gonzalez, Emmy Award Winner and Executive Director of the NY Emmys (NATAS), is confirmed to appear in our Passion Show. The event will be filmed in High Definition by an Emmy Award Winning film company, Dean Love Films.

The event will be broadcasted LIVE to millions of households worldwide on TV, Smart Phones, and Internet on iFAME TV via Roku! The Roku box is host to all major networks including Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora, Amazon, AOl, Disney, etc. It is in over 3,000,000 households nationwide, plus Ireland and UK. It is currently outselling Apple TV, 2 to 1.

The tagline is "Smart is Sexy" -- the idea behind the Passion Show is to spotlight intellect, drive, and ambition as being fashionable while also sharing tips and inspiration in a 5-10 minute lecture. Think "Fashion Week meets TED".

We want to encourage all women -- especially the younger generation -- to focus on inner beauty as much as, if not more than, outer beauty. The term "Diva" used to carry a negative connotation. Today, women like Michelle Obama and Beyonce are considered Divas: strong, intelligent women doing Good and changing the world. We want to amplify that perception.


The event is taking place at 404 NYC on May 17th 2012, and will consist of:
