Few comical characters, one house, one gun, the COPS all determined to make the best mess ever! Set in New York, Neil Simon’s farcical play features three couples at their best comic timing, a whole lot of confusion, and hearing things that are not supposed to be heard. Enter the cops, and the story gets all the more complicated. Who does NOT love complications in their lives? Watch Rumors to unveil all the mysteries behind spouses, friends and loyalties! It’s a riot.
Three couples arrive at the townhouse of the Deputy Mayor of New York City and his wife to attend a party celebrating their tenth wedding anniversary. However, they soon discover that there are no servants, the hostess is missing and the Deputy Mayor has shot himself in the head.
Comic complications arise when, given everyone’s upper class status, they decide they need to do everything possible to conceal the evening’s events from the local police and the media.
