Spring is here and we need more room to roll out all those adorable sundresses and shorts, swimsuits and rompers that we have piled up. After you're done with brunch at Yellow Jacket or Takoba, come by Charm School for racks and racks of $5 to $15 vintage and to see all the cute new stuff that's already in the store.
