Caine's Arcade will be loaded into a giant 18 wheeler semi-truck, and then driven from it's home in Boyle Heights (at Smart Parts Automotive) all the way up to San Francisco (at the Exploratorium).
The Exploratorium has also commissioned Caine to build them a Cardboard Claw Machine for their permanent collection (only $100 - cheap!)!
Caine, George, and Nirvan will all be up in San Francisco too, so if you are in the Bay area, come say hi, get your Fun Pass, and play at OpenMAKE!

About OpenMAKE:
A collaboration between the Exploratorium, MAKE Magazine, and Pixar Animation Studios, Open MAKE is a monthly program highlighting the tools, techniques, and ingenuity of local Makers. Visitors are invited to participate in tinkering and making activities inside the Tinkering Studio, where Makers from around the Bay Area will share their work. In addition, Dale Dougherty, founder and editor of MAKE Magazine, will interview Featured Makers in the McBean Theater.
Caine will be on hand running his arcade during the day. Caine also will make a special appearance at the Meet the Makers interviews at 1pm in the McBean Theater. He will be back at 3pm along with Nirvan, the filmmaker who made the documentary linked above, for the film screening organized by the Cinema Arts Program.
