This month we'll hear from two local church communicators leading social media and marketing work for two large suburban churches: Tim Westermeyer, executive pastor at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church in Plymouth, and Nathan Almquist, marketing consultant at Webknowledgy and Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley.
Tim and Nathan will discuss social media as part of a larger overall marketing strategy and effectiveness of a targeted local awareness campaign through direct mail, PR, web, social, digital and more. They will each present for 15-20 minutes and then open it up to the group to share attendee examples or ask questions.
Come for the topic, stay for the networking and discussion. And coffee. Mmm...coffee.
