Imagine on a private profile the intelligence agencies can not spy on american citizens but since your info is open to a 3rd party they can just request the company provided unvetted access to the private info you post. One such company is Facebook which says it fully supports the bill. Not only does CISPA give the right to government to monitor your online sites it removes a serious limitation in personal freedom that prevented agencies from spying on american citizens since they are not doing it them self they are just buying or requesting the data from 3rd party companies.
Also this brings about serious issues of silencing whistle blowers to government corruption and would also allow 3rd party private corporations to request personal information about people if they say their is a violation of copyright material with out even having any proof. Basicly allowing private companies to wiretap your internet connection.
