Are you ready for the Quarter 2 Meetup for Customer Support?!!
It's happening, and it's going down at Zendesk's layer this coming Tuesday, May 1st. Doors open at 6:00pm, and the party starts promptly at 6:30pm -- where we will be blessed with an amazing presentation from the legendary tech company Wufoo, who is known for building the best company driven by happy customers. After this we will be diving into specifics about how each of us run our customer support and feedback loops within our companies!
Please be ready to spill the beans on how you learn fast from your customers, and how you sift through the dirt to find the gold nuggets (e.g., what bugs do you work on first, what suggestions, how do you filter through incoming requests).
We have 4x the highest avg of tickets in zendesk coming in each week, so we (at DrChrono) have a good feel for filtering through tickets, and are looking to improve categorizing them to be more proactive to prevent incoming requests. We all have different needs and strengths, so let's share so we can all whoop butt.
