IF YOU WANT TO BE A JUDGE: Contact Matt K or Michelle Pool. Cost is $15 in addition to your ticket. That may seem steep, but remember the food our judges got to sample in the past years, including: grilled lobster and king crab, Turducken, pork-stuffed pork, strawberry rhubarb roasted duck, Beef Tips, Smoked Ribs and bacon-wrapped, jalapeno and cream cheese-stuffed jumbo shrimp!
IF YOU WANT TO ENTER IN THE COOK-OFF COMPETITION: Your cost is only that of the ingredients and preparing your entree. Contact Matt or Michelle for the guidelines. Let's see who will win the coveted trophy and try to take the bragging rights from Ed Lee this year!
