Free! Bring your 3ft. foam roller, yoga mat and water.
(1ft foam roller loaners will be provided but 3ft foam rollers are best for core exercises) If you need to purchase a foam roller, Bettysport has them for $28. Come to class 5 minutes early to purchase.
