Come out and support a great cause. We all know someone who has been affected by this terrible disease, and your support would be appreciated!!! Get an awesome workout that's so much fun it's not work at all. It costs nothing to participate, except a donation of your choice. So wear you comphys and bring a smile. Kids welcome :)
