Bovinova was founded by a group of business owners bought together by their love of food, entertaining and helping the community. The idea of roasting a whole cow was seen on TV and inspired by Chef Francis Mallmann from Uruguay. It looked like a natural challenge that could inspire a great party and it has! This year’s event will be raising money for the Wounded Warriors Project and Spartanburg Methodist College. Please come out for a great cause, entertainment and of course, some great food. Passes are $30 for one and $45 for two. Children under 13 free with Pass Holding Adult. All-access passes are available for both days’ activities.  For more information, visit Bovinova.com.
