This MiniBar is organized in partnership with Qualcomm, who will present on their VC activities, bring some companies they have invested in and tell us about their Qprize.

The QPrize 2012 venture investment competition's aim is to identify and fund the industry’s most promising, early-stage technology companies across Eastern and Western Europe. The winner in each region will be awarded €100,000 in convertible note financing from Qualcomm as seed funding. This is part of Qualcomm’s wider, international QPrize competition which was launched in China, India, Israel, Korea, Latin America and North America on May 21. The deadline for business plan submissions is August 17, 2012. From the pool of competing entries, Qualcomm Ventures will select up to eight finalist.
