Our topic for this month is on capturing relevant customer insights to help you develop your product. We have an exciting group of subject matter experts who will share tips on how you can effectively run customer research for your product or business:
1. Jen Reddington, GM at UsabilityOne: A consumer insights professional with more than a decade of experience in market and audience research across online and traditional media, Jen will reflect on her extensive expertise in designing research and analysis that answers the 'why' behind a diversity of business issues and translating the results into actionable insights.
2. Natalie Yan-Chatonsky, Head of Consulting Practice at Brainmates: Nat works as a product consultant to a wide range of clients across digital, television, medical devices, financial services and government industries. With her passion and expertise residing in the first stages of product development, Nat will provide a practical checklist of things that a Product Manager should consider when scoping out the market insight gathering stage of the development cycle.
3. Anthony Colfelt, Independent Customer Experience Consultant: Anthony is a versatile Customer Experience professional in the areas of research, strategy, design and experiential architecture and has worked for a myriad of design centric organisations including Different and classmates.com. Thanks again to ROAMZ for hosting us again at their fantastic venue and providing drinks for the night.
If no one has any objections I might look for some catering options for the night as well (Peter @astroboysoup).
