FAQ About the Hotel Package At The Palms:
Q: For the Silver and Gold packages is that the final price for everyone or is it $289/$389 for each individual that stays in the room?
A: Each silver package or gold package is for individuals. We organize room list for friends on request. Gold covers bus from so Cal nor Cal and both packages offer shuttle service included.
Q: When purchasing the Gold Package can my friend (girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, or husband) ride along with me on the shuttle bus to Las Vegas and EDC all three nights? Or are they going to have buy a separate shuttle pass?
A: They will have to purchase there own gold package to ride the bus. They can buy a bus spot for an additional price if they are 1 of the 4 in a deluxe package($999)
Q: Can other people I know ride on the shuttle bus to EDC with me if they all pitched in on the room?
A: Yes! If a individual is part of a deluxe package ($999) they may purchase bus seating as well. Up to 4 per room(some exceptions for 5 if staying in same room. The fifth person must purchase a silver package or higher)
Q: Will there be any busses from the LA/OC area leaving to Las Vegas if we buy the Gold Package ($389)?
A: That is in the works. We will have one leaving triangle square in Newport and hermosa beach pier as of now.
Q: Can we purchase just a shuttle bus pass to take us to EDC all three nights?
A: Not unless you are staying on our trip. They can purchase a pass through insomniac if they have a room somewhere else. Possibly will make exceptions day of show.
Q: If we only decide to purchase a SoCal/NorCal shuttle bus ticket to Las Vegas does it also take us to EDC all three nights roundtrip?
A: Yes! You can only purchase this package if your staying in our hotel on our trip.
Q: How does checking into the hotel the day of June 8th work? Do we just give them our names and or receipt from Groovetickets/Flavorus?
A: We will be at the check in checking names off will call and allow access to rooms.
Q: Since we’re not 21 or over and no one in our group is can we still check in The Palms hotel?
A: 7 to 7 has a master account for individuals 18 and up. We will check you in.
Q: Is the VIP passes to Rain, Ghost Bar, and Playboy and all the exclusive pool parties at The Palms 21+ only?
A: Yes! 18 and up pool is free
