NYCVC is hosting our Spring VC Dealflow exchange on Wednesday, May 9 at Millennium Technology Value Partners (www.mtvlp.com) at 747 Third Avenue between 46th and 47th Street. Please register immediately to confirm your spot as space is limited. For this event, all attendees will be required to pre-submit one legitimate deal that might reasonably be of interest to one of the other investors around the table. The deal might be an opportunity you’re seeking a co-investor for, a current portfolio company seeking a follow-on round, or simply an attractive company that doesn’t fit your firm’s investment criteria. Once you register through this page, we will send you a personal email with a word template that you must complete and submit to Matt Krna, the event's selection committee chair (matt.krna@gmail.com) in order to confirm your spot. At the dealflow event, each participant will have 3-5 minutes to present and lead a discussion of his or her deal and explain why it is a compelling opportunity. At the event each participant will be provided a printout of all the deals that were submitted. The dealflow event will occur from 5-7 pm, which will be followed by a NYCVC hosted dinner & drinks immediately afterwards in midtown for further networking. Details for dinner location will follow shortly. This will be a great opportunity to forge closer bonds with other NYCVC members over deals & dinner and hopefully expand your existing dealflow pipeline. We look forward to a fun evening!
