The Women Business Owners (WBO) of Prince George’s County will host its 7th annual “It’s All About ME!” (IAAM) Women’s Business and Wellness Conference on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Marriott Inn and Conference Center, at the University of Maryland.

Now in its seventh year, IAAM 2012 is expected to attract more than 100 women business owners, entrepreneurs, dreamers and "transitioners” to the County for a day of self-enhancement,
education, and empowerment.

Attendees will partake in exciting and relevant workshops delivered by expert presenters, participate in fitness and healthy cooking demos, and celebrate the graduation of the WBO business grant finalists. These activities are further enhanced by delicious breakfast and lunch cuisine, exhibits and vendors, prize giveaways, and relaxation through Yoga and comforting seated massage.

WBO is proud to announce the participation of Special Secretary Zenita Wickham Hurley of the
Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs (MD) as the event’s kickoff speaker. Author, advocate and community leader Dorothy F. Bailey—recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as one of the
area’s most powerful women—will be this year’s keynote speaker.

Veteran broadcaster and business owner, Doris McMillon, serves on WBO’s Board of Directors
and as event MC.
