Edward Daniel:
Edward is a thoroughly competent, highly skilled, experienced and leading solicitor, having been qualified over seventeen years. He is based at the Lloyd's Building situated in the City of London -
Edward has tremendous experience in corporate/commercial law (advising start-ups, entrepreneurs and investors, on growth and exiting, M & As and IPOs), as a litigator (commercial and civil), and in private client (estate and tax planning, Trusts and contentious probate).
Formerly in-house at AIG, he worked on prominent large-scale commercial and financial institution claims, which spanned the globe and involved multi-million pound losses. He was also at the Solicitors Indemnity Fund where he represented and defended the Solicitor's profession in respect of professional negligence claims made against them. In addition, he was a Partner and head of department in two London law firms. He possesses a Masters in Banking & Finance law.
This is what Simon Smallwood had to say about himself in relationship to business owners.
I work closely with new or established entrepreneurs that are committed to building their business into a profitable and valuable enterprise. With a wealth of experience and commercial ‘know-how’, my clients use me to help them succeed by providing expertise on marketing and sales strategy, organisational structure, financial analysis and efficiency. The companies I work with achieve significant improvement in their top and bottom line performance.
My professional career included senior posts at market leading companies, Smith & Nephew, Duracell and Gillette. As a consultant I worked with BAT, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Targus, Unilever and Diageo. I have worked as far afield as Japan, East and West Coast US and in the depths of Siberia! I have also been Chief Executive to several smaller companies and understand the real world challenges of achieving growth and profitability with limited resources.
Mike Sleeman:
“ An accountant working in commerce for over 30 years who has been involved all types of businesses from start-ups to Global Enterprises now passing his expertise onto organisations wanting to maximise their potential.

Malcolm Levene- Personal Branding
Malcolm Levene, has been a Personal Branding coach for 20 years. He teaches people how they can significantly improve their business skills, their life-skills, and their businesses by developing their very own Personal Brand. Marcus Cauchi- Sandler Sales Trainer
Mark Barrow- Founder of Property Investor Toolkit
Mark has extensive experience renovating and reconfiguring houses, flats and shops.
After attending various property investment seminars and leaving rather frustrated with the back-end support, he created PROPERTY INVESTOR TOOLKIT.
Property Investor Toolkit is a due diligence, deal management software. Downloadable, it is an intuitive walk-through of the entire due diligence process, taking you literally step-by-step, from once you've initially found a property, to really crunching the numbers, to finally making an offer.
Many people get excited at property seminars but often leave with little or no support material to actually get started. When he spoke to people, one of the most common frustrations was how to handle all the 'stuff' involved in making the right investment decision. Property Investor Toolkit is the answer.
The software is designed to make the process as easy and as automated as possible: to get you from property details on a page to making an offer and acquiring property... quickly, and more importantly, safely!
In other words: from mouse to house in a few simple clicks!
Matt Hodkinson- Founder of F7 Social Media
Matt Hodkinson is Founder and Chief Listening Officer at Influence Agents, where his early adoption, and subsequent research into the best techniques and tools for social media monitoring have seen him gain worldwide recognition as a thought leader in the area.
Regularly invited to speak on BBC television and radio, Matt also speaks to audiences around the UK, in an effort to inform brands and business owners on best practice for turning an ear to the consumer. Social media has the power to bring better alignment between product output and consumer satisfaction – but only when you listen to what the consumer wants. Matt advocates the use of co-creation to welcome consumers and existing customers into an immersive, creative role, as well as empowering customers to serve each other, post-sale.
