Monday, May 21st 12:00pm - Insider’s Walking Tour of Downtown
Billions of dollars in development have happened along the Woodward Corridor in recent years and Downtown is at the epicenter of it all. On this tour you’ll see all the major developments as well as unique shops, one-of-a-kind restaurants and recently renovated residential options. You’ll also see some of Detroit’s great historical spots and its world renowned architecture. After this tour you’ll have a better understanding of why Detroit is called the Renaissance City.
Tuesday, May 22nd 5:30pm - Downtown Living Tour
What if your morning commute was only a 5-minute walk? What if you never had to worry about parking when going to a baseball game or opera? This tour will take you inside some of the fabulous examples of Downtown living - from artsy lofts to high-rise apartments. We’ll also show you where you can shop, drop off your dry cleaning and get a great haircut. Whether you’re just dreaming or ready to sign, you’ll get the insider’s take on living in the D.
Wednesday, May 23rd - LAUNCH DAY! - 1253 Woodward will be open all day to welcome in all who stop by. We will be closed for a private launch party at night.

Friday, May 25th - Insider’s Favorite’s Bar Tour – 8:00pm – 12:00am

It’s pretty easy to have a good time, but this night on the town will make you feel like an insider by taking you to 3 of the locals’ favorite places.
