This is a 2-hour power yoga class with detailed alignment and step-by-step techniques for inversions, arm balances and core strengthening. This workshop will have modifications for every yogi and every level. No need to be hesitant to playing with the next level of asanas as this workshop is tailored to yogis with advanced practices and those just beginning. Every pose will have a simple modification adjustable and approachable for everyone’s body.

About Inversions and Arm Balances
Inversions and arm balances are poses where the yogis learns to balance their weight while going upside down or balancing on there arms. You will learn to access your core and use gravity and leverage as your guiding tools.

“YIN AND YANG”

This workshop is a detailed vinyasa yoga practice with the emphasis of yin and yang principles. We will explore over and hour of challenging asanas to create heat, strength and endurance followed by a counter hour of deep stretches for the upper and lower body creating perfect balance in your practice. We then finish this workshop with a long savasana and a guided visualization filled with suggestive ideas for creating balance in your daily life.

About Power Yoga
