In the book "Think and Grow Rich," Napoleon Hill describes the concept of creating a "Master Mind Group" where business people come together to form a group or alliance to share knowledge and assist each other in their business endeavors.
As Napoleon Hill himself puts it, the "Master Mind" may be defined as: "Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."
The Open Master Mind Alliance is based on this principle, however, instead of being strictly a closed group where you must be invited to join, we allow guests to attend our meetings and participate in the group. This allows new members and guests to participate and get to know other members. Regular attendees who contribute to the group may be invited to join a private Master Mind Group.
Definite Purpose
That participants in the group:
Gain business insights;
Gain knowledge that materially assists in growing their business;
Grow and develop as business leaders;
Collaborate with other members of the group for mutual benefit;
Exchange leads and ideas;
Contribute to the development of other members;
Create a positive environment that encourages growth and success.
Agenda:
6:30 pm - Setup, Sign in & Informal Business Networking
7:00 pm - Announcements & Begin Discussion Topic
8:00 pm - Member Driven Discussion (same or new topics)
Discussion Topics
To help facilitate discussion, each session will have a topic we will discuss for the first discussion part of the meeting. After about an hour, we will open the floor to other topics that members may want to discuss. (For example, if the main topic is about time management, and a participant wants to ask the group something about marketing, they can do so in the member-driven discussions part.)
July - Prospecting
Aug. - Building Credibility
Sept. - Closing Skills
Oct. - Partners & Strategic Partners
