Get ready to rock out with the Bay Area’s finest cleantech entrepreneurs, sustainability gurus, green investors, corporate CSR junkies, and some cool office plants.   It’s a coming-out party for Austin’s infamous SXSW - the green edition - as they make their first pit stop in the Bay Area.  We're proud to serve as host and wingman to our buddies from down south, and plan to show 'em a good time. Expect fun beats, yum drinks and snacks, mobile photo booth, DIY-recycled badge station and other games. What is SXSW Eco? SXSW Eco is the leading platform for the greenest minds in entrepreneurship, technology, academia, non-profit, gov’t and corporate sectors.  Hosted in October rather than March (phew!), SXSW Eco is 2 years old and quickly becoming the top eco convergence in the nation. What is Greenstart? Greenstart is the startup accelerator for digital cleantech that TechCrunch says is "bringing sexy back" to cleantech.  Greenstart invests $115,000 in the most promising startups and spends 3 months helping them make amazing progress, before they debut to hundreds of investors at Demo Day.
