Sometimes taking on fewer committments can make us MORE productive! If you simply spread yourself too thin, you will not be able to get anything done, at least not well or on time.
But we all know that as a mother, wife, coworking, community volunteer - - - requests for your time are coming in all the time!
In order to stay productive, and balance our own needs with those of others, we need to learn how to say No - without feeling guilty, and while still feeling like we are contributing out "part".
What’s so hard about saying no? Well, to start with, it can hurt, anger or disappoint the person you’re saying “no” to, and that’s not usually a fun task. Second, if you hope to work with that person in the future, you’ll want to continue to have a good relationshio with that person, and saying “no” in the wrong way can jeopardize that.
This workshop will teach you how to say NO in a positive, pro-active and energizing way!
