Have you heard about Hot Rhythm Holiday 2012? This year's Hot Rhythm Holiday is all about bringing dancers and jazz musicians together! We're offering three days of dance classes from internationally renowned instructors, such as Jeremy Otth, Laura Keat, Bobby White, Teni Lopez-Cardenas, Mike Roberts, Laura Glaess, and many more! In addition to Balboa and Collegiate shag classes, we've added a full Charleston track with both 'Lindy-style Charleston' and 20's style. We've got a full weekend of classes planned for you, whether you're looking to pick up a dance for the first time or you're an advanced dancer looking for new inspiration.

Play an instrument? For the first time ever, we’re offering music classes from Austin’s master jazz musicians! There will be lessons in clarinet, bass, piano, banjo, drums, and more! All classes are included in the weekend price. We've also got three nights of social dancing with live music on Friday and Saturday night from Austin’s own East Side Dandies (a.k.a. The Spread Eagle Jazz Band) and the world famous Jim Cullum Jazz Band. You can also expect performances and dance competitions in Balboa, Charleston, and Collegiate Shag.
