On Thursday, May 31st, we are partnering with Pot + Pantry for a trunk show showcasing a collection of pastries and confections that will appear on the opening menu of our patisserie.
On display will be The Rebel Within and The Devil Inside, a chocolate-almond cake with a soft center of chocolate-toffee ganache studded with foie gras – both of which will be in limited quantity.

On Thursday, May 31st, we are partnering with Pot + Pantry for a trunk show showcasing a collection of pastries and confections that will appear on the opening menu of our patisserie.
On display will be The Rebel Within and The Devil Inside, a chocolate-almond cake with a soft center of chocolate-toffee ganache studded with foie gras – both of which will be in limited quantity.
Additional highlights from our “Good Morning” selection will include: passion-sesame croissant; chocolate stacks; savory financiers and more. The “Good Afternoon” side of the menu will feature lavender and soft chocolate éclair; smoked almond brittle; and white shoyu-chocolate caramels.
Beverages will include hot chocolate with violet marshmallows and a warm sipping caramel with croissant shavings, as well as drip coffee from Sightglass.
