Cynthia Glasbrenner
Managing Partner, Client Business Leader at MediaCom
Cynthia Glasbrenner joined MediaCom in 2012 as Managing Partner, Client Lead. Cynthia oversees all planning activities on Subway, Sargento, Staples, Edible Arrangements and Husquavarna and manages the senior relationships with all clients. She has a keen understanding of real time retail needs and provides intensive focus on integrated campaigns and active branding solutions from strategic development through tactical execution.
Prior to joining MediaCom, Cynthia worked at Digitas as Vice President, Group Director for four years. In that role, she oversaw all digital and offline media planning and buying activities for Kraft Foods, Equifax and SunTrust Bank in multiple offices including Chicago, Atlanta and New York. She launched the Media Department in the Atlanta office in 2009 and worked to generate a new team seamlessly into the existing Digitas media network. Her work on Kraft earned her an Effie Award as part of the Ritz âOpen for Funâ Campaign in 2009.
Prior to Digitas, Cynthia joined the client side at Coca-Cola North America in 2001. At Coke, she has many responsibilities including Regional Media Directors for both Northeast and West Regions and then North America Strategic Media Director overseeing all planning activities for the My Coke Rewards Loyalty Program and all Minute Maid and Juice Brands. She managed the agency relationship for her brands with Mediavest in New York and acted as liaison to the Brand Teams. Additionally, she was the team lead on cross functional Mobile and Global Word of Mouth Marketing teams and created activation programs to support the launch of American Idol and the 2004 Olympics in Greece.
Cynthia has her MBA in Marketing and International Management from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Arizona State University. She enjoys golf, tennis and baking anything with chocolate.

Sarah Baehr
SVP Director of Digital, Carat
As SVP, Director of Digital, Sarah drives digital strategy and best practices for the agency in collaboration with account leads.
With more than 25 years of integrated media experience, Sarah was most recently SVP, Director of Digital Publishing at Mediavest. At Razorfish, Sarah was VP and National Media Lead, overseeing the interactive agency's media planning and buying activities for clients including CapitalOne, Victoria's Secret, Starwood and Schering-Plough, and also served as an executive member of the agencyâs advanced media solutions group. Earlier in her career, Sarah spent more than seven years at OgilvyOne, where she directed integrated media planning and buying for IBM.
She is active in the New York marketing community sitting on a number of boards including AWNY (Advertising Women of NY). She has been honored as a MIN Sweet 16 and AWNYâs Working Mother of the Year.
Sarah is a native of Southern California and a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Elizabeth Kiehner
Principal, Thornberg & Forester
A leader in both management and business growth, Elizabeth Kiehner believes in setting people up to succeed. She brings fifteen years of experience to Thornberg & Forester. As a founding partner, she challenges herself and her clients to break perceived boundaries and fearlessly innovate through design and storytelling. With a focus on listening and understanding deeply rooted business goals and challenges, Kiehner enjoys peeling the layers of the onion in order to distill truly impactful communication platforms, yielding inimitable results.
Migrating from the agency side to the boutique digital studio environment, Kiehnerâs adaptability and profound understanding of the perpetually changing media landscape makes her a one-of-a-kind, and distinctly hands-on, partner. At EURO RSCG Chicago, Kiehner produced award-winning campaigns for P&G, Alberto Culver, Bayer, and Hoover. Upon moving to LA, Kiehner ran a massive fashion retail account along with duties for Strong Investments and Dole.
Kiehner dove head first into the entertainment industry with Trollback + Co in New York, helming rebrands and campaigns for HBO, Showtime, AMC, TCM, CBS and AOL, as well as project-based work for Nike, Sony and Fidelity. After doubling the revenue of Freestyle Collective, Kiehner, along with partners Scott Matz and Justin Meredith, created the vision for Thornberg & Forester. Together, they crafted an environment where strategic, creative solutions could be conceived and produced in a media agnostic context.
An active member of the TED community, Kiehner has spoken at several global conferences including Cannes, Promax BDA and Apple, just to name a few. A mother of two, Kiehner is a contributing writer for Women 2.0 and strongly advocates the advancement of women, especially in the field of business.
