DEFINING YOUR BUSINESS UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION (USP)
At this months meeting, I’m delighted that we’ll be joined by Gareth Shackleton of ActionCOACH, the World's #1 Business Coaching Firm who will be talking us through how to define your business USP (Unique Selling Proposition).
Defining what makes you different from your competitors could be the most financially rewarding thing you can do in your business. Why? Because if you get it right you no longer have to compete on price alone.
Gareth will help you to define exactly what it is that customers would be prepared to pay a little more for, that doesn’t cost you a thing to deliver and spot the unique ways that you serve your customers that your competitors either don’t, can’t, or won’t be doing.
