Jef Bekes
Jef is currently Creative Director of the User Experience Design group at Solution Set. He has 15+ years of experience as a design practitioner and manager in the interactive space. He was previously VP of User Experience at ThoughtWorks, where he led a global team of product designers. Jef also spent 4 years as Creative Director and Head of User Experience at Splunk, where he was responsible for product design, web design, and branding.

Adam Werbach

He was inducted to the American Advertising Federationâs Hall of Achievement, which he thinks is funny.
Andy Ruben
Andy Ruben left his executive role at Walmart to pursue his dream of building the next generation of retail. Â An engineer with a business degree, Andy was a founding member of Ernst & Youngâs strategy practice. Â He was hired by Walmart to work with the Board of Directors and build a strategy department for Walmart. Â He led a number of transformational efforts over his 10 year tenure, including launching Walmartâs heralded sustainability effort, re-imagining Walmartâs $20 Billion private brands business, and integrating online commerce and stores.
