Apple, Google, Hewlett Packard – the cornerstone of these great Silicon Valley startups is the garage. And in this time honored tradition, we’re excited to welcome you to our new home – in the shell of an old auto body shop!
We’ve taken the place from big dents to big data, and we ditched the tune-ups for tunes (a 5000 watt in-wall sound system) but kept the functioning garage doors – so we’ll be bringing a food truck directly inside (they’re illegal on Burlingame streets). The bar will be open till late, and we’ve got noise permits from the city.
And speaking of Apple, Adam Lashinsky – Fortune Magazine Editor and Author of “Inside Apple: How America's Most Admired – and Secretive – Company Really Works” – will be keynoting with lessons from “the world’s largest startup.” The first 100 attendees will receive autographed copies of the book, so come early!
There’s plenty of parking, Caltrain is a mere 50 yard saunter, and the average Uber wait time is only 5 min (they wait near SFO). Goodbye excuses… hello fun.
This event is made possible through the generous underwriting of Bain Capital Ventures, who a year ago led our Series B financing. Managing Director, Ajay Agarwal, and the entire BCV Palo Alto team will be in attendance, so come get to know this awesome firm (and we’re not just saying that because they’re picking up the check!)
Please save the date, and RSVP through the link below!
See you there!
