If there's a beacon of burger beauty in our fair Metroplex, it's hard by the Medical District at the corner of Maple & Motor. If this isn't on your Bucket List of Dallas Burgers, it's because you've already scratched it off and you're dead. There WILL be a line, so we're gonna get started at 11:30 to try to beat SOME of the rush.
