From there, we test our true grit in the countryside with South American cowboys, known as gauchos, and taste world-class Argentinian BBQ. Wine lover? Argentina has some of the best wines in the world and we'll sample them in Mendoza during our stay in an authentic Estancia, in the heart of wine country.
