Oscar Gamboa II has been one of the integral pioneers of the Los Angeles Underground Dance music scene. Djing, producing and remixing music under the moniker or DJ OSCURE, FUNKY GHETTO PHONICS, and SKAMA87. His friends and fans have named him the Godfather of Breaks in LA, not only for his dedication to the breaks genre, but for laying down the ground work for many djs, and upcoming producers alike. DJ OSCURE is the founder of LABA-Los Angeles Breakbeat Association and now a proud new member of the EMA-Electronic Music Alliance.
MC, poet, activist for peace, and visionary of the conscious Hip Hop collective Luminaries, J Brave perhaps is best known for his ability to bring people together for the greater good. J Brave has become well known today for his choice to use music as a vehicle for service. He has produced many community events & festivals including a benefit concert for the South Central Farm, Evolution Fest, Venetian Cosmos, Abbott Kinney Fest, Luminous Movement, and the LA YOGA Magazine 2011 New Year’s Eve. He has worked with homeless & at-risk youth for over 7 years as a counselor and continues to use his life as an example of positive change, while expressing the message of peace & love as an MC with Luminaries. He is currently in production with his solo album titled “The Day Before Summer.”
David Starfire is a music producer/DJ in San Francisco/Los Angeles is well know for his signature sound of merging world music with underground dance styles. His last two albums, "Bollyhood Bass" and "Bombay Beatz" were released on the internationally known label Six Degrees Records (The Orb, Michael Franti, Cheb i Sabbah). He's performed around the globe and at large music festivals such as Winter Music Conference, Coachella, Love Parade, Electric Picnic, Shambhala, Harmony, Burning Man and Earthdance. He's written music for TV, movies, video Games and collaborated with artists such as FreQ Nasty, Ooah (Glitch Mob) and members of Beck.
