Please join thousands of Bay Area RNs for a one-day strike on June 13.
Sutter continues to demand huge cuts, despite earning nearly $4.2 billion in profits since 2005. It’s proposing takeaways that could put patients in danger, including eliminating paid sick time, effectively forcing RNs to work when ill and making RNs work in hospital areas where they do not have appropriate clinical expertise, again a safety risk for patients.
The strike starts at 7 a.m., Wednesday, June 13 and ends 7 a.m., Thursday, June 14. Picket lines will run from 7AM to 7PM on June 13.
