AN EVENT FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY!

Featuring Reach Records artist, Tedashii, in concert, Welcome Party 2012 is designed to be the highlight of our Week of Welcome festivities as we kick off the school year. The event will feature informational booths from student organizations, area businesses, churches, and other organizations. We hope this carnival-like event will become a yearly tradition as we open up our “home” to the community as a whole.

If you would like to have an informational booth at this event, please RSVP to studentservices@concordia.edu by Friday, August 3, 2012. In order to reserve a booth for you, we simply ask that you donate $25.00 to the event or bring along $25.00 worth of gift cards and/or product or services to be given away as door prizes. Please note that churches, official CTX organizations, and other non-profits are welcome to attend at no cost, however we still encourage you to consider bringing giveaway items for your booth. Should you want to make other arrangements regarding the donation/door prizes, please indicate that in your e-mail.
