Dearest, Dancing, Creative Souls, you are cordially invited to an 'Emotional Expressionism' Farewell Fete at Urban Peacock Studios on Saturday, June 16, 2012 (2:00-5:00pm) at 1278 Pendleton Street. It is my wish to see as many of you as I can to celebrate creativity, friendship, community and just share in a last visit/ farewell before everything gets packed up and moves to another time, to another place :)

Come to this simple gathering to celebrate friendships across the globe and discover the peaceful power of Kavita's studio full of her style of painting 'Emotional Expressionism' :) :) :)

Dreams were made tangible and now the winds are taking me westward again :) I shall continue to share my world with you through my creativity. The tools may change, the love for simplicity and authenticity in my emotional expression shall remain steadfast :)

It has been an amazing experience in shared storytelling with all those who visited my studio these past few years! Wonderful friendships were started, some will fade, some shall run deep through the coming ages.

Your kindness, enthusiasm and support for my art kept me going :) It has been a blessing to have met each and every one of you, to have had my very own artist studio space, to have my first solo gallery exhibition, self-publishing my first book of poetry and beginning writing for a cool local interactive magazine all while soaking in the beauty of SC. These experiences have made this period timeless and very dear to my heart.

I shall miss you and know that life presents us with each other to teach us lessons we may not understand at the time. I have learned much, been humbled and grown during this period ..in a very special town tucked away in the Carolinas... Greenville, I love you and am glad that I met you during this precious and joyous life we share.

Hope to see you on Sat. June 16th (2:00-5:00pm) at the gathering. It will be simple, just a time to embrace and say farewell before new adventures prevail :) :) :)
