How do Agile teams collaborate while preparing to build the product?  How do they collaborate while the product is being built?  And how does UX fit into it all?

For our next Meetup, we'll be focusing on these fundamental questions for Agile UX practitioners. We've invited members from three organizations to share methods, tips, success stories, and lessons learned. After their presentations, we'll open up the floor for a panel-style Q&A.

Will talk about continuous qualitative and quantitative feedback mechanisms for testing hypotheses using rapid cadence usability testing and mixed panel analytics to gauge customer value creation.

Will talk about how EMC's Digital team addresses the challenges of doing Agile experience design with clients in a consulting environment.

Will talk about how their organization structures their teams for collaboration and cross-functional pairing, both within and outside the sprint cycle.
