Curator Marije Vogelzang:
Vogelzang calls herself an “eating designer”. Her work focuses on the activity of eating, its cultural background and the emotions around it. Over the past 12 years, she's opened two Proef restaurants, written the book Eat Love, and designed dinners and workshops.
