On the East end of Lynn, a short 10 minute walk from the gorgeous seaside of Lynn's Diamond District, lives a true loft neighborhood - Downtown Lynn.

Nest Forward presents the Downtown Lynn Loft Tour - an intimate look at urban living in a historic neighborhood. The Tour features lofts of various styles and sizes decorated and designed with diverse tastes and budgets. This Tour is unique because attendees will get to meet the owners and residents, see their spaces, and hear their stories about living in Downtown Lynn.

The lofts on the Tour have been selected by Soraya Cacici of Nest Forward, with a goal of displaying all styles and sizes of lofts within Downtown Lynn and giving tour-goers the broadest range of residences to view.

100% of proceeds from the Tour will benefit DTLna, the Downtown Lynn Neighborhood Association. DTLna will reinvest these funds back into the community.

Nest Forward's ticket booth on the day of the Tour will be located in Central Square, under the train tracks by the Time Clock.

The Tour will coincide with openDTL - a day ripe with art, food, an artsy/loft owners' yard sale, local businesses, live music, a tour of the Munroe Street Community Garden, and more!
