SUMMARY:Agile your Management with Holacracy
DESCRIPTION:Holacracy™ takes the principles of Agile and applies them to
 the total governance of an organization. It’s a new approach to
 structuring and running an organization that offers an
 alternative to the traditional corporate hierarchy. It is
 currently spreading very rapidly in Europe and the United
 States\, and David Allen describes it as “Getting Things
 Done” (GTD) for organizations.\n

 In Holacracy\, authority is distributed in a facilitated
 “governance” process that combines efficiency with a unique
 form of consensus.  Within their accountabilities\, individuals
 have absolute authority\, and cannot be overridden by a
 “manager”.  Tactical meetings are known for their ruthless
 efficiency and focus on solving issues for the “next
 action”.\n
