It's time for our summer meetup!
Please come join us in late July for a night of demos and talks on self-tracking and self-experimentation where members of the NY QS community share ideas, tools and experiments. If you are self-tracking in any way -- health, productivity, biometrics, mood, sleep, pain, happiness, energy, etc -- come and share your methods, results and insight.
We will have another hands-on demo hour before the talks.
6:00 -7:00 pm DEMO HOUR & SOCIAL TIME
If you have a self-tracking project, visualization, gadget, app, or idea you'd like to share or demo, but you don't want to get up and talk about it during the Show&Tell talks, we will have a couple of breakout rooms where you can demo the gadget, app or project you're working on and share with others in a more intimate setting. If you'd like to showcase your project during Demo Hour, please let us know when you RSVP.
7:00 - 8:00 pm QS SHOW & TELL TALKS
Presentations will start at 7pm. We save the talks for personal accounts of self-tracking and self-experimentation, rather than sales pitches. We're also interested in gadgets or tools that you've built to track something about yourself.
If you'd like to give a talk, please let us know when you RSVP so we can discuss your topic and how much time you'll need. We keep the length of presentations to 5 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A. If you have slides to show, feel free but it's not required.
8:00 - 9:00 pm MORE SOCIAL TIME & NETWORKING
Talk to the speakers, chat with new and old friends, ask other people what they're tracking, and generally hang out and have a great time.

An incredible space is generously being provided by NYU ITP, a two-year graduate program located in the Tisch School of the Arts whose mission is to explore the imaginative use of communications technologies.
Hope to see you on the 24th.
